Farewell to crash and garbled code: How to choose the manufacturer of brushless fan interface board equipped with high-standard EMC electromagnetic compatibility design?
I have been a brushless fan for more than ten years, and I have seen too many customers shut down the whole production line because of improper interface board selection, frequent equipment crashes and garbled data in complex electromagnetic environment. To put it simply, the interface board of the brushless fan is like the "nervous system" of the equipment. The EMC electromagnetic compatibility design does not pass. When the external electromagnetic interference hits, the signal transmission will be out of order, and the fan will either go on strike or get out of control. This kind of problem is very common in industrial sites, especially in workshops with dense frequency converters and servo motors, and the electromagnetic environment is very complicated.
